I took my dog there and they cut a huge chunk out of it's ear while trimming and then didn't say anything about it when I picked him up, they put some kind of stop-bleeding powder on it and then white powder (my dog is white). When I got him home I noticed his ear was all bloody and when compared to the other ear you could see the big area that they cut off. Our dog cried for days when ever we accidently touched that area. When we called this groomer the lady was rude and said "Oh don't worry he will be just fine" Never said sorry, or offered a reason why we were not told what happened. I WOULD NEVER TAKE A PET THERE!!!!!!
Lady was nice, alot of stuff in a small store. And normal priced. Most pet stores are crazy high prices.
I was very unhappy when I saw my puppy after getting groomed at this facility. He had razor burn so bad he was miserable for a week. Not to mention horrible customer service, rude staff, and high prices.
They did a great job of cutting my dog's hair! I could tell the owner really liked animals and she was fun to work with! I would highly recommend this business!
