Poor investigation on the recent spree of home burglaries in my neighborhood. Even though more than one officer "knew" Obie Taylor broke into my home and robbed me FOUR times, they did ZERO investigation to solve these cases and put him behind bars. Even though Obie Taylor was convicted of stealing from my car and stealing my laptop from my home, the investigative officers could not connect him with the burglaries to my home.
