We visited last night about 35 minutes before the buffet was set to close. They said if the pizza we wanted wasn't on the buffet all we had to do was ask and they will add it on there. Which I thought was pretty cool since it was so close to shutting down time for the buffet. We did ask for a pizza to be added and they were happy to take car of it. They said 15 minutes tops. About 20-25 minutes later (I'm really not sure) a young man came out and said the manger said that since the pizza wasn't on the buffet in a timely fashion that they were going to box it up and let us take it all home with us! I was amazed. After we had been at the buffet for a good 40 minutes, because we were both full. And the food was so delicious! The pizza, salad, and the chicken! We will definitely be regulars!
Worst buffet experience I've had was here. It was last Friday, yes black Friday. Not overly busy between 6-7, but the buffet for pizza was barren aside from a BBQ chicken pizza that was there the entire time, no joke. I only got a couple slices of pizza because there were only odd ones(pineapple, buffalo, bbq) here and there but nearly empty. The saving grace and why they're getting 2 stars is their cactus bread is amazing, though also was empty most of the time. Their seasonal pumpkin pizza was great, and the fried chicken was good. Many people around me I could overhear were also upset.
It was clean, the buffet was great! I had to special order due to the fact I do not like the seasoning that they use, it was made perfect as to wat I ordered and they brought it to my table and served me very politely!
Ordered 3 hours before we had a party at 3:30. It didn't show up. We called. Some mix up, they were busy. It's on its way. 10 minutes later we called back. The drivers phone died and didn't have directions. 20 minutes later no pizza. Called back. They asked if we were in West Burlington? We said no. We tried giving directions when we first called but they didn't write them down. When they showed up, they apologized. And gave us 30% off. Not acceptable, but that was all they could do. Not ordering from them again. Ever!!!
35 minutes into their dinner buffet and they have zero of the basic pizzas: pepperoni, cheese, sausage, etc. Had to wait for tables to be cleaned to be seated. Salad bar was not stocked, with many items including soup not available at all. When the children wanted dessert pizza we were just one of the several families waiting for the same thing. This is my fourth failed attempt at enjoying a meal here in a row. Their buffet hours are terrible and they never appear prepared to offer service. Food is mediocre, yet hot, once prepared and staff has been pleasant when asked for things. That's the only reason they got a two rating.
