Ordered pizza at 453 pm and received a text alert at 510 pm that my order was out for delivery, I immediately went outside to wait for my order as I'm at work and waited for 40 minutes and the pizza never arrived. Called the store back and they claimed they waited for me for 10-20 minutes. They then comped the order and it's been an hour and still no food. This is the second time I have ordered delivery from this location and both times I have had this happen. Too many other options in town to make these kinds of mistakes.

Never again will I order from here. This is the most disrespectful experience I have ever experienced. Some staff and managers need to be retrained in how to properly conduct customer service and human communication skills. The pizza was warm, the fries were soggy, and no concern was shown.
They gave me an ETA of 35 to 45 minutes for my pizza, but it didn't arrive until an hour after I ordered. The pizza wasn't even good tasting and it costed way too much. At least the delivery driver was nice. They also close too early in the day to ever be useful.
