Found everything I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Be very careful. I went online and Staples indicated Brother toner cartridge TN-450 was priced at $53.99. I called ahead to make sure it was in stock, and then drove 30 miles to the store. They charged me $64.99. Online prices don't match up with actual cost if you are going to purchase products in-person at the store.
Store doesn't seem as big or nice as the old one. Staff is not always helpful even when they try to be.
I have been to Staples in Burlington, Iowa twice and both times I've had a experience that was beyond dissatisfactory. The first time I went in to buy 8, 3x4 pictures on photo paper and they charged me 13 dollars which is outrageous and they didn't even give me the correct sizes. The second time I went in was to pick up a new printer my father had ordered and he called and told them I would be picking it up, however, they would not let me take it out of the store because I was not my father. I understand they have their policies, but the employees we spoke to were rude, and talked to me as though I was stupid. My father ended up cancelling the order since they would not work with us (he lives two hours away and works full time so he could not just run up and get it) and belittled both him and I in person and on the phone when he called back the second time about the situation. We had to go elsewhere to get our printer. Needless to say, Staples in Burlington will never be a place I shop at again.
