Customer service is amazing
Love it for furniture, not so much for electronics. Bought my computer here, the battery crashed in a month, its been only a year and the whole thing has crashed, plus they are notorious for selling full priced for new when you request new but actually giving you display model, which for a computer can be horrible.
What they say is true with this store. The worse person there is James. He lies to you, and treats his customers very rudely. Then He lies to Jake about his actions and what he tells his customers. Then when they are both caught in their lies and proven wrong. They disrespect the customer again and Lie to there Supervisors about it. Too bad that there are Smart customers out there that record conversations with the two of them and prove to their Supervisors just how rude, disrespectful and what lier's they are.
