Improper support & broken welds due to the installation of a new exhaust on my vehicle have caused a problem with the catalytic converter on my car & they want $1000+ more from me. The new exhaust that they put on my car broke over & over again over the past year from their horrible welds. The constant strain can cause this damage! I am notifying the BBB. I tried to contact the owner who also owns Schupick Motors in Burlington but he ignored me. The exhaust has had to be repaired 4 times! Horrible customer service! I have also noticed that the owner ignores the majority of honest, negative reviews on here. Taylor no longer works there. The new "manager" is very rude. I will tell everyone in the area & my enormous family not to go there. I am disabled and these people just keep conning me. I was in management with 2 major retailers here in town. I never allowed ANY of my employees to be rude!
Nice people and very honest, the front desk person Taylor was very specific in regards to estimate and this old man appreciates it..see you'all soon again...Got my new tires mounted yesterday,great job guy's my car rides better than ever, Thanks for doing the oxygen sensor also, great pricing on everything.
Went to get air in my flat tire. I had my two kids in the car and he denied me free air, telling me they didn't have time to air my tire up. Not only was I on a complete flat, the office was empty except for one other customer who had already been helped. They were rude and told me to go to Hy-Vee, and ask them. It's sad when a business is more about the money than the community. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.
Very polite, reasonably priced and got my vehicle serviced quickly. Mazda always is booked and usually takes weeks to fit me in. Had a funny loud humming noise coming from somewhere and didn't want to wait that long. Went in on Weds for a diagnostic, it took him about 10 mins to tell me it was a bad wheel barring. He ordered the part and fit me in first thing Thurs morning. Very Happy with the work he did! Mazda just lost a costumer, I will now get all my work done here:) Thank you guys!!
