I was in town visiting family and needed to replace my windshield wipers during a snow storm asap. I accidentally purchased the wrong type of wipers. I only realized this after trying to install them for about ten minutes. Dan came out and helped me replace the wipers with the correct ones without making me feel like an idiot and then helped me install them all during a snow storm. The staff was excellent and helpful.
