Ok so 9/10 people know this place is trash and needs to be closed down. Me and some other people have started a group on facebook to FINALLY have them closed down for good! Interested? The group is called "The Coalition To Close Fur Feathers And More" feel free to send a request to join we need as much help as we can get on this! Just think of how miserable those animals and mammals are they need our help!

Store is disgusting. Fish are in terribly dirty water and multiple animals roaming the store are either not trained enough or don’t have a facility to use, therefore they just pee and poop everywhere. There was a mound of (I assume) pig poop sitting in the corner. The little white dog peed in the doorway while I was watching. Owner saw it but couldn’t be bothered to do anything. All the birds seem to have not been touched or groomed ever. Ferrets were sitting in their own poop. Few interactions we had with staff, they blamed the pets for everything possible. When asking about the closing she said that they had about 6 months to move the animals and the animals come before the closing. She also said she would want to move the birds “once the weather is warmer”, which didn’t make sense to me unless they are conidering letting them loose. I had a zoo keeper with a degree with me and the amount of neglect going on there is disgusting. Wish they would get their animals taken and shut down tonight. (Also I’m guessing the few 5 star reviews are fake) They even posted a review Attacking the others that reviewed them poorly.

Staff is very helpful. Owner is knowledgeable and polite. I purchase all of my pet supplies here.

As the owner of a lop rabbit, two Guinea pigs, a pet rat, 5 aquariums, 2 hermit crabs, and the past owner of two parakeets, walking into Fur Feathers and More made me sick. I am not one to post rude remarks, or throw hate around, but rather to inform people of the conditions these poor animals are in. This applies mostly to the rodents and rabbit in the shop at the time of my visit. Their fur was very messy, and even matted in some places. This includes the chinchillas! In all the pet stores I've been in, I've never seen ONE chinchilla with such poor kept hair. But what really got me were the rats. As a pet rat owner, this made me sick. My rat goes nearly everywhere with me, and her cage is one of the largest ones you can find for sale. Seeing what must have been two hundred rats all crammed into aquariums was very disturbing for me to see. The way the rats fish tanks looked, I would honestly like to know how often they are cleaned. I clean my one rats cage every two days. I can't imagine why they would have so many rats suffering in their store, though irresponsible breeding is my guess. In the end, I would give this "store" no stars if I were able to. Please have a nice day, and if you have animals take care of them better than that torture chamber does.

I bought a chinchilla from here the chinchilla was sweet. I felt so sorry for all the other animals, they were not well taken care of. The lady was a complete jerk to me and kept telling me to yank the chinchilla by her tail to pick her up. I'm so glad they're closing down, but what's gonna happen to all the animals?
