Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Close to restaurants and stores. Little autdated but well worth the rate.

Room is clean, breakfast is basic, but good. Near to restaurant(s). Safe and Comfortable. Non-smoking rooms do not smell like smoke like many claim.
Regarding location in Burlington, IA: Quiet & clean. Room was on 2nd floor & easily accessible by stairs from lobby & a side door. No elevators, however. Staff was friendly & professional. Breakfast had a decent selection, but I stopped eating my eggs after biting into a cold section. I also overheard another guest inform the employee handling the food that he had cold eggs. She seemed concerned, but I was gone before I could witness whatever corrections were taken. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. However, if I stayed in the area again, I wouldn't be against trying another hotel.
It felt like a remodel of an old super 8, good hotel. Can get better for the price
