If anybody has any question as to why our courthouse only received one star they need to WAKE UP! As long as John Linn is a judge injustice will be non-stop. Just look at all the ashtrays being used on courthouse property. They are placed next to signs declaring the area to be a SMOKE-FREE ZONE. The Iowa Smokefree Air Act was passed almost ten years ago, yet there is zero enforcement on county property. It appears courthouse employees feel they are above the law. This is disgraceful to every citizen of our "free" nation.
